The ego-self is shackled by metal-like pipes and tubes cutting through the centre of our bellies. Our soul weeps from those tubes, but its tiny spurts peter out with the stamps of our moral ego. Each tube is a passage we’ve created in our bodies that gives way to build up and plaque-like holds right in our centre. It feels like we’re purposefully blocking our souls from expression.
The only pipe we should ever have is our umbilical cord, the cord that connects us to the mother, to earth, and empowers us to plug into her love when we need it.
In order to release ourselves from this shackled place, we must use our hands to unplug the octopus of pipes blocking our stomachs – the solar plexus chakra – from feeling the true depths of ourselves and our emotions. The solar plexus chakra is yellow, it’s centred in our bodies, it’s the light, molten hot core of us, much like the core of the earth. Imagine it as a ball of fire raging near your belly. It is pure expression, confidence, and a place of emotional pain and healing.
