Shipping policy

Most of our products are shipped directly from our print on demand partners to our customers. 

If you purchase the Souling paperback book, this will come directly from our warehouse to you. This could take between 3-15 working days. We use a print on demand service for our books too, so we won't always be holding stock of the books. 

If you'd like to get your book sooner than our shipping timeframes you can also purchase through Amazon or any other online book store. 

We can ship all over the world and have different shipping costs for different regions for the book specifically: 

• Australia $12.99

• New Zealand & Asia $14.99

• Europe, USA & Rest of World: $19.99

All shipping is tracked and traced and shipping numbers will be provided post-purchase. 

As a small business, we're grateful that you're willing to pay shipping, we know it can be expensive but it helps us cover our costs. 

If your order is lost in the post (which can happen), please email us at my@souling.au and we'll look into it and get another copy of your book sent should it be required.
