Have you ever worn a jumpsuit to a party and wound up naked on the toilet, fuddled as a fart, belly rolls flopping, boobs sagging, wee exploding, all orifices on show for the world and God to bear witness?

No? Well you have not yet lived.

Soul is not just a noun; it's also a verb. According to author Natasha Ritz, souling is the action we must take to unearth and experience the depths of our being.

In this audacious exploration, Ritz takes readers on a wild ride through heartbreak, death, therapy, ego, awareness, resistance, suffering, sex, kink, tantra and beyond.

    About the Author

Natasha Ritz is a self-proclaimed explorer of the internal world. This is the first book she’s written. It was born from personal experiences in conjunction with academic learnings from her Behavioural Sciences work. Natasha is a business leader, having led and run multiple businesses in the social enterprise space, helping founders and leaders to operationalise their vision. She brings unique storytelling and knowledge from varied experiences in her life to support the reader on their souling journey as they dive into their innermost self.

    Powerful

Everyone has a personal journey, that comes with an inner mental struggle. In this journey we can sometimes carry heavy burdens. Souling can help lift some of those burdens, not many self-help books can do that. Souling is a rich powerful personal story beautifully written, cleverly structured that elicited strong emotional responses in me. This is a book well worth treasuring and reading over and over again.

This is a fabulous & beautiful book. Tash is raw, honest and brave. Souling is part memoir, part compendium of spiritual/souling practices, part guide and part art project that is centred around asking the biggest questions - who am I, why am I, how am I, where am I, what am I?
The framing and prose felt like an invitation to become an active participant in how I read the book too - I related, I was challenged, I pushed back, I accepted. It opened a conversation with myself about my own relationship to myself and the ways I do (and don't) allow for stillness to get into contact with myself.
    An absolute must read!
