Inner Compass was a drawing artist, Vicki Inglis created for me that depicts a vision I was given during a breathwork session working on shadow.
I watched the shadow move into the standing upright position, I was shown that my light came out of my shadow, not the other way. That only in darkness can light even be seen. And then I watched my shadow self move in a circular, clockwise motion, spinning down 180 degrees and then switching into my light, spinning and spinning, swapping between shadow and light, shadow and light. Always shadow at the top of the circular motion, switching to light at the bottom. Circular, like a compass. Guided by shadow where only light can be cast from.
