Souling action: Turn on some music and just move your body. However it feels natural and comfortable to you. Maybe it’s a slight sway, maybe it’s with the support of a friend, maybe it’s just shaking your hands out or stretching alone. Maybe it’s a full body roll, maybe you’re a head-banging rock-and-roller or a dirty dancing queen. Just move. Flex. Stretch. Push. Pull. Explore how you feel when you’re moving.
