Souling action: At first, it might be challenging to acknowledge that you’re in a state that needs to stop. We’re often trapped in a whirling frame of productivity and action; it can be hard to see the wood for the trees. So you’ll need to ask yourself a few questions. Is continued action helping me or hindering me? If I do nothing at all, what might happen? If I rest, what might happen? If I give myself a moment to be in the present and reflect, what might I receive? Am I in a moment of needing to stop?
