#SoulingMode
Souling mantra: I am divine energy. I can experience myself ecstatically through breath, sound and movement.
Journal starter: I struggle to face my areas of pain, such as…
When I think about my pleasure, I feel…
If I ask my masculine energy what I need right now, I feel…
If I ask my feminine energy what I need right now, I feel…
Souling action: There are abundant approaches to tantra – through dance, breath, sex, yoga, meditation, art – research, read and listen for what feels right with you. Move your body. Settle into the space that lets you go both inyond and beyond yourself. Explore your spirituality and energy by simply sitting with yourself. Sit on the floor, close your eyes, breathe in deeply and when you exhale, use sound.
