Souling action: Sit or lay down, place your hands on your belly and take 10 deep breaths in through the nose. Feel the oxygen fill that space, low down. Push the air out completely, breathing out until there isn’t an inch of air left. Just 10 breaths is all it takes to feel anchored. Start here and then explore further.
