Souling action: It’s time to create some space for yourself. Be in a room that makes you feel good. Sit or lay down. Get comfy. Choose a meditation or a theme that resonates with how you’re feeling. Explore it. Stay curious with it. If you find your mind wondering, gently bring it back to your anchor music or voice or whatever you’re listening to. Meditation is a practice. That means it’s ongoing; you get to practise it, over and over, and each experience will be unique. But each experience will bring you into presence in one form or another.
