Souling mantra: I am all I’ll ever need. Inside me I will find all things.
Journal starter: I often look for external validation in…
I can start to insource on this by…
I will practise doing this when…
Souling action: Start by getting into your body. Take a breath and visualise stepping from the top of a flight of stairs and falling into your body. Once you’re in there, you can insource. If you’re in your head, you’ll struggle, so the first step is to be in the body. Take the leap into yourself, you delicious human bean. Now, close your eyes and imagine an experience in which you often feel insecure, one in which you often search outside yourself to be validated within. Imagine exploring this moment. Be curious about it. What are you seeking? What do you need? Now, take that step inside yourself and search for whatever it is you need there instead. Search in your heart, search in your gut, search in the base of your stomach. Eventually, you will find what you’re looking for. And if you’re struggling, ask, what do I need right now? You can give yourself whatever you need. Trust you.
