Journal starter: My intuition feels like… 

Souling action: Feel your intuition in action. Go out into the forest for a walk on your own (if it’s safe). Leave your headphones at home. Listen, as you walk, to your surroundings and to yourself. What do you feel? What happens in your body? Nature is the best place to reconnect with your intuition. You can take back into your everyday life the awareness and the knowledge of that intuitive physical feeling. Sometimes, quiet and solace are needed to get back in touch with yourself.
