Rebirth
#SoulingMode
Souling mantra: I am creating new life.
Journal starter: A pattern of behaviour I have that I’d like to work on or change is…
In order to make those changes, I need to…
When I make those changes, my life might look like…
That will likely mean I need to stop behaviours like…
I can then begin new behaviours like…
Souling action: There is no specific time for you to act on a rebirth because it’ll likely show up for you in unexpected ways or at unexpected times. If you choose to work on something specific, maybe with some help from a coach or a psychologist, you might find you speed up the process of a death and rebirth in your personal work and journey. Only you will know when the time is right. When it does appear for you, you can come back to this chapter or you can make a bed for yourself with support, nurture and connection so that when it is time for your rebirth you have somewhere safe you can be to walk through it. I have found entering into a warm body of water to be helpful when I’m working on death and rebirth. There’s something about water that is deeply healing. When you can float with your head back and your neck released, it can feel like you’re in the womb. Maybe you could try lying in a foetal position and getting someone to hold you like that and support you. There is no action we can practise for rebirth, because rebirth is unpredictable, but when we feel ourselves coming into a period of transition, we can lay our nests and ensure we are well stocked for a laboursome unpeeling of another layer.
