Soulitude
#GoingSoulo
Souling mantra: I can build a peaceful inner-world of soulitude.
Journal starter: When I think about loneliness, I feel…
When I think about being alone, I feel…
When I consider soulitude, I feel…
Souling action: Take a moment to consider that only you live inside your body and mind. There is no one else in the whole world who experiences or perceives the world the way you do. Take a moment to find spaciousness inside yourself, maybe through a deep breath or mindful awareness. When we consider that we are moving through life as this one soul entity, the idea of exploring soulitude becomes easier, like a soft internal cushion of the self. Experiencing true soulitude should feel blissful, my friend. It should feel calm. It should feel like a big old surrender to the universe in the knowledge that you are one single being in a world filled with billions of others just like you and completely unlike you.
