The things I know about my shadow are…
Souling action: We all have the ability to evolve and change. These things take time, effort and repetition. Understanding your ego and your shadow takes deep reflection. This reflection can happen in a million different ways, from journaling, to pondering alone in your room, to walking, reading books or consuming other helpful content. Your job here is to take one small step into understanding more broadly how the ego and the shadow work and then finding ways that you can relate that to understanding yourself just a tiny bit more. This work is truly never-ending, my friend.
