Wounds
#SoulingMode
Souling mantra: My wound is a gateway to my soul. I am on a healing journey and it is okay for me to experience pain.
Journal starter: My wound feels…
I feel…
In my body, I experience my wound… (describe where in your body you’re experiencing it and how it physically feels).
My next step towards facing my wound is…
Souling action: This will be a challenge. I urge you to only do this when you feel ready. There’s no need to leap in if your heart’s not ready yet, just wait until you are. Your action is to understand which wound you are facing and how it presents to you in your mind and/or in your body. Meditate on this, imagine yourself exploring it, walking around it, holding it above yourself and seeing it for all that it is. Allow yourself to be objective. Conduct a moment of curiosity to step into a part of yourself that feels painful. Explore without judgement.
